消息面上，3月20日，同程旅行发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩，于2024年第四季度，该集团实现收入42.38亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加34.76%；经调整EBITDA 9.98亿元，同比增加39.4%；期内经调整溢利净额6.6亿元，同比增加36.8%。
于2024财年，该集团实现173.41亿元，同比增加45.8%；公司权益持有人应占溢利19.74亿元，同比增加27.04%；经调整EBITDA 40.5亿元，同比增加29.7%；每股基本盈利0.87元；拟派发末期股息每股0.18港元。
集团核心在线旅游平台业务展现出显著增长。于2024年第四季度，集团的交通票务服务收入由14.73亿元同比增长17.0%至17.23亿元。截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团的交通票务服务收入由60.30亿元同比增长19.9%至72.29亿元。该增长主要受票务量增加以及增值产品及服务提升所推动。集团的机票业务量全年稳健增长，且快于行业整体增速，实现全年市场份额持续提升。特别是，集团的国际机票票务业务，凭借具有竞争力的定价策略和积极的营销活动，保持快速扩张。国际机票票务的票务量同比大幅增长超130%。
