消息面上，3月5日,《政府工作报告》提出“大力发展海洋经济，建设全国海洋经济发展示范区”，对发展海洋经济作出又一次重要部署。天风证券认为，海洋经济有效拉动GDP增长，产业空间具备规模。2024年全国海洋生产总值首次突破10万亿元，对GDP的拉动作用达11.5%，已成为驱动经济增长的新引擎。该行指出，中海油服拥有完整的服务链条和强大的海上石油服务装备群。
光大证券指出，海上油服企业夯实科技实力，奠定油气产量增长基础。根据S&PGlobal统计，2024年全球海上勘探开发投资同比增长8.6%，陆上勘探开发投资同比下降7.9%，预计25年全球上游资本开支恢复增长，有望达到5824亿美元以上，同比增长5%，油服景气维持高位，油服企业科技创新大力推进，持续看好油服板块。
