汇丰环球研究发表报告指，恒地(00012.HK) 去年业绩逊于预期，当中基本溢利为98亿元，低于市场预测的105亿元。若撇除一次性项目，溢利将下降39%。不过，集团维持全年派息1.8元，应可为投资者带来安慰。
该行表示，虽然近日集团创办人李兆基离世，但由于公司目前管理层的经验丰富，相信对集团的业务运作影响有限。然而，该行认为目前集团业务复苏的能见度较低，其香港物业销售的经营利润率或继续受压，而其盈利改善或取决于资产能否成功分拆出售。
