3月21日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司信用评级委员会通过对威海经济技术开发区国有资产经营集团有限公司及拟发行的“威海经济技术开发区国有资产经营集团有限公司2025年度第一期中期票据”信用状况进行综合分析和评估，评定威海经济技术开发区国有资产经营集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，本期中期票据信用等级为AA。
资料显示，公司是威海经济技术开发区重要的基础设施建设和国有资产运营主体，主要从事威海经开区范围内的基础设施建设、海域使用权租赁等业务。
东方金诚认为，威海市及威海经开区发展态势总体平稳，经济实力很强；公司基础设施建设业务具有很强的区域专营性，获得了股东及相关各方的有力支持。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司在建及拟建项目投资规模较大，面临较大的资本支出压力，资产流动性较差，且其他应收款中对民企的往来款已全额计提坏账准备，未来账款回款情况有待关注，存在一定的偿付压力，未来资金来源仍依赖于筹资活动。综合分析，公司的主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，本期中期票据到期不能偿还的风险很低。
