格隆汇3月21日丨华润饮料(02460.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司收入为人民币135.21亿元，同比增长0.05%，其中，包装饮用水产品的收入占总收入的比例为89.7%，饮料产品的收入占总收入的比例为10.3%。由于2024年三季度旺季频繁降雨，销售受到阶段性影响，公司通过推出新产品、拓展渠道深度和广度、强化品牌建设、完善供应链等多种举措应对外部挑战，全年销量稳步增长，市场地位稳固。2024年度，公司拥有人应占年内利润为人民币16.37亿元，同比增长23.12%；每股基本收益为人民币0.79元。
于2023年及2024年，集团的毛利分别为人民币60.35亿元及人民币63.97亿元。于2023年及2024年，集团的毛利率分别为44.7%及47.3%。毛利率同比增加2.6个百分点，主要是由于(i)自有工厂生产的产品比例增加所致；(ii)价值链上的延伸及对合作生产伙伴费率的调整；及(iii)原材料(如PET及纸箱)的市场价格下降及包装优化所致。
公司董事建议就截至2024年12月31日止年度派付末期股息每股普通股人民币0.307元及特别股息每股普通股人民币0.176元，总金额为人民币1,158,329,000元，须待股东于应届股东大会上批准后方为有效。
