智通财经APP获悉，海伦司(09869)跌超6%，抹去去年9月底以来所有涨幅。截至发稿，跌6.71%，报1.53港元，成交额947.67万港元。
消息面上，海伦司近日发盈警，预期集团于2024年12月31日止年度的收入将介于约人民币7.3亿元至人民币7.8亿元的范围内，而集团于2023年度的收入约为人民币12.1亿元；公司拥有人应占年内亏损介于约人民币6000万元至9000万元，而上年同期公司拥有人应占年内利润约为人民币1.805亿元。主要由于写字楼物业公允价值下降，产生资产减值损失；对酒馆网络进行优化调整等因素导致的闭店损失和资产减值损失；及就新加坡第二上市产生上市费用。另值得注意的是，海伦司近期被剔除出港股通名单。
