Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining (SHE:000426) signed a cooperation agreement with China Railway Tunnel Group, a core member of China Railway (HKG:0390, SHA:601390), according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.
Under the three-year deal, the parties will develop tunnel boring machines for the construction of metal mining, as well as other mining technologies, the Chinese metal manufacturer said.
