智通财经APP获悉，恒基地产(00012)绩后跌超3%，截至发稿，跌3.26%，报22.25港元，成交额1.26亿港元。
消息面上，3月20日，恒基地产公布2024年业绩，收入252.56亿港元，同比减少约8.39%；公司股东应占盈利62.96亿港元，同比减少约32%；每股盈利1.3港元，建议派发末期股息每股1.3港元。
公告称，本年度的盈利包括出让北角一项投资物业(即“港汇东”)的控股公司权益，所带来的基础盈利约港币14.07亿元；以及因政府收回新发展区等若干土地所带来应占税前基础盈利约港币33.61亿元。本年度，集团建成投资物业及发展中投资物业经重估后取得应占公允价值亏损港币20.22亿元，而已出售投资物业则有累计公允价值变动港币14.56亿元的调整。
