消息面上，有赞公布2024年业绩，收益14.42亿元，同比减少0.4%；毛利约9.78亿元，同比减少2.4%；公司拥有人应占亏损约1.77亿元，同比盈转亏；每股亏损0.0054元。公告称，收益减少主要由于订阅解决方案收益减少，部分被商家解决方案收益增加所抵销。 订阅解决方案收益同比减少6.9%，主要归因于付费商家数量下降所致。
2024年，商家通过有赞的解决方案产生的商品交易总额达到约人民币1028亿元，较2023年增加约3亿元。门店SaaS 业务的商品交易总额约为人民币519亿元，占商品交易总额的约50%。平均单个商家的销售额在2024年约为人民币184万元，同比增长约14%。
