路透3月20日 - 佩尔普图拉资源公司（Perpetua Resources）PPTA.O周四表示，计划于今年第二季度向美国进出口银行（(EXIM)）提交一份 正式的贷款申请 ，用于其爱达荷州锑金矿项目。
在年度报告中，该矿商表示，EXIM将决定是否发放最终贷款承诺。
据路透去年4月报导，Perpetua曾收到EXIM的意向书 (link)，但该意向书不具有约束力，EXIM承诺提供最高18亿美元的贷款，用于开发锑金矿。
如果贷款获得批准，Stibnite项目将成为华盛顿有史以来对矿山最大的投资之一。该项目的 最终采矿许可证是在 前总统乔·拜登（Joe Biden）任期的最后阶段颁发的。
