智通财经APP讯，重庆银行(01963)公布，近日，该行收到第一大股东重庆渝富资本运营集团有限公司(以下简称“渝富资本”)发来的关于权益变动的告知函。为增强国有企业服务与保障国家战略能力，提质提速水务水利和环境基础设施建设，重庆水务环境控股集团有限公司(以下简称“水务环境”)拟通过国有股权无偿划转方式合计取得重庆市水利投资(集团)有限公司(以下简称“水投集团”)100%的股权，从而间接取得该行 8.50%的股份。同时，重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会将持有的水务环境 80%股权无偿划转给渝富资本控股股东重庆渝富控股集团有限公司(以下简称“渝富控股”)，该划转事项尚需完成工商变更登记手续。
上述划转事项完成后，渝富资本与水投集团将同受渝富控股控制，渝富资本及其一致行动人的构成将发生变动，水投集团将成为渝富资本的一致行动人。
