智通财经APP讯，思考乐教育(01769)发布公告，为配合集团持续扩张，现有企业办公空间将重新规划作教育中心。因此，集团须另觅处所作为公司总部。于2025年3月21日，公司(透过买方)与卖方(华润置地深南发展(深圳)有限公司)订立该等买卖协议，以现金总代价人民币7500万元收购该物业(包括位于广东省深圳市罗湖区一幢混合用途商厦的整个楼层)。集团将利用该物业作为公司总部。
该物业由10个办公室单位组成，合共占用深圳市罗湖区深南东路1001号深润大厦43楼全层，总建筑面积约为2,572.06平方米。深润大厦为一幢混合用途商厦，集酒店及办公室于一身，由卖方开发而成。
