Transport International Holdings (HKG:0062) reported a profit attributable to equity shareholders of HK$187.3 million for 2024, down from HK$401.7 million in the previous year.
Earnings per share were HK$0.37, down from HK$0.83 in the prior year, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Revenue rose to HK$8.22 billion from HK$7.88 billion a year earlier.
The board declared a final dividend of HK$0.50 per share.
