Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development (HKG:0737) reported a 13% decrease in its 2024 profit attributable to equity shareholders to 460.9 million yuan from 528.5 million yuan a year earlier.
Earnings per share were 0.1496 yuan, down from 0.1715 yuan in the prior year, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Revenue was 879.5 million yuan, a decline from 944.8 million yuan a year earlier.
The board proposed a final dividend of 0.0715 yuan per share.
The company's shares were down 6% in recent trading.
