智通财经APP获悉，贝壳-W(02423)再跌超5%，绩后股价三连阴，累计跌幅接近20%。截至发稿，跌4.56%，报54.4港元，成交额4.39亿港元。
消息面上，贝壳第四季度实现净收入总额311.25亿元人民币，同比增加54.05%；归属公司普通股股东的净利润5.7亿元，同比减少14.88%。美银证券指出，第四季度收入超预期，主要由于住房政策利好以及市场份额提升；期内盈利表现逊预期，经调整净利润录13亿元，弱于市场预期的18亿元，相信是受到毛利率下降及营运支出增加的拖累。
野村则表示，贝壳在2025财年首季将会再次经历强劲的收入增长。公司管理层亦指引首季收入按年增长约38%。尽管如此，该行认为贝壳季内的盈利仍存在相当大的不确定性，将其美股目标价由23.8美元上调至27.6美元，评级“买入”。
