格隆汇3月24日丨建滔积层板(01888.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2024年12月31日止年度，营业额为185.41亿港元，同比增长11%；除税前溢利为17.58亿港元，同比增长38%；在扣除对集团所持有的债券投资作信贷减值拨备8290万港元，公司持有人应占基本纯利仍能大幅上升36%，至13.49亿港。集团财政状况维持稳健，董事会建议派发末期股息每股20.0港仙及特别末期股息每股30.0港仙。
覆铜面板部门：回顾期内，传统电子消费市场需求逐渐恢复，尤其是空调及光电板需求更是大幅提升，AI行业高速发展，汽车电子化及智能化持续推进，均提升了覆铜面板的需求。覆铜面板市场趋向少量多样化发展，部门积极研发新的产品以满足不同客户于性能及价格上的需求，同时不断开拓新的市场领域，产品组合优化持续取得理想进展，高端、高附加值产品销售数量逐步增加。覆铜面板部门营业额上升11%，至183.05亿港元。回顾期内，随着铜价大幅飙升，集团的覆铜面板有序加价，抵消铜价上涨所带来的成本压力之余，还提升了部门的毛利率。另外，有赖经验丰富的管理团队不断改进生产技术来提升生产效率及降低能耗，同时透过提升生产设备自动化率减省人员开支，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之利润上升26%，至30.23亿港元。
地产部门：集团继续执行专注覆铜面板业务的发展策略，地产部门年内主要以租金收入为主。部门营业额下降44%，至1.27亿港元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之利润下降34%，至3800万港元。
