3月21日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局赣州监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，

　　九江银行股份有限公司赣州分行因向未竣工验收的商业用房发放按揭贷款、办理无真实贸易背景的信用证业务，被罚款85万元。

　　同时，张秋水（时任九江银行股份有限公司赣州分行行长）被警告并罚款6万元。张文（时任九江银行股份有限公司赣州分行企业业务三部主要负责人）、袁太伟（时任九江银行股份有限公司大余支行客户经理）、方波（时任九江银行股份有限公司大余支行行长）被警告。
