格隆汇3月21日丨鲁商服务(02376.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司收入为人民币6.09亿元，较2023年同期人民币6.21亿元减少1.9%；公司归属于母公司所有者的净利润为人民币4510万元，较2023年同期的人民币4030万元增加12.1%，拟派末期息每股人民币0.1080元。
截至2024年12月31日，集团在管项目97个，在管总建筑面积2360万平方米，增长2.3%。其亦有合约项目97个，总合约面积2660万平方米，与2023年同期基本一致。
