智通财经APP讯，锐信控股(01399)发布公告，初步预计集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占综合净亏损约人民币1200万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得公司拥有人应占综合净溢利约人民币2010.9万元。
根据董事会现时可获得的资料，集团九成以上的收入来自ODM业务，而集团的ODM销售额绝大部分来自消费电子市场的智能手机分部。集团财务表现下滑主要归因于截至2024年12月31日止年度集团智能手机制造客户的需求减少，导致手机电池销量下降。此外，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团决定终止其于印度的投资项目并出售于印度合营公司的全部股权，导致账面亏损约人民币2040万元。
