智通财经APP讯，先健科技(01302)发布公告，本集团的LAmbreTM Plus左心耳封堵系统(LAmbreTM Plus或“该器械”)的一项临床试验(该试验)，已于2025年3月19日获得美国医保覆盖。该试验由本公司发起，且全部患者入组将会获得医保覆盖。该试验旨在通过与市售经导管LAAO对照器械进行随机对比，证明 LAmbreTM Plus在降低非瓣膜性房颤患者血栓栓塞风险方面的安全性和有效性。
该试验为一项前瞻性、多中心、随机对照研究，并计划于不超过75家美国研究中心有偿植入LAmbreTM Plus。在达到既定的临床里程碑后，本公司将向美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)递交产品上市申请。
本公司自主研发的LAmbreTM Plus是在LAmbreTM左心耳封堵系统(LAmbreTM)的基础上进一步结构优化的产品。LAmbreTM在产品设计及技术上均具行业先进性，其目前已在全球近四十个国家累计临床应用近四万例。这是本集团国际化发展历程中的一项重大里程碑。本公司有信心该器械在完成美国上市前临床研究后，顺利获得美国FDA的上市批准。
