消息面上，3月21日，世茂集团发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度取得净亏损约人民币429亿元至人民币439亿元(截至2023年12月31日止年度：净亏损约人民币236亿元)。公告称，预期亏损主要由于房地产行业持续低迷，导致毛利率处于低位及物业项目减值亏损拨备增加；及若干资产被法院裁定执行以抵偿债务，导致本年度确认大额债务清偿亏损。
