智通财经APP讯，佳兆业集团(01638)发布公告，预期本集团将于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得亏损净额及本公司拥有人应占亏损净额不多于人民币300亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则分别为人民币197亿元及人民币199亿元。本公司拥有人应占亏损增加乃主要由于交付的物业减少导致物业销售收益减少;基于审慎原则，就物业项目及预期信贷亏损作出减值拨备增加;及汇兑亏损增加。
