智通财经APP讯，中信证券(06030)发布公告，公司境外全资子公司中信证券国际的附属公司CS MTN于2023年5月12日设立本金总额最高为30亿美元(或等值其他货币)的境外欧洲商业票据计划(以下简称商业票据计划)，此商业票据计划由公司提供担保。CS MTN于2025年3月24日在商业票据计划下发行一笔票据，发行金额1亿美元。本次发行完成后，CS MTN在商业票据计划下已发行票据的本金余额合计5.20亿美元。
中信证券国际的附属公司CSI MTN于2022年3月29日设立本金总额最高为50亿美元(或等值其他货币)的境外中期票据计划(以下简称中票计划)，此中票计划由中信证券国际提供担保。CSI MTN于2025年3月21日在中票计划下发行一笔票据，发行金额3000万美元。本次发行完成后，CSI MTN在中票计划下已发行票据的本金余额合计 27.83亿美元。
