金茂服务2024年业绩：归母净利润为3.72亿元
3月24日，金茂服务（00816）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩公告。公告显示，公司总收入约为29.66亿元，较截至2023年12月31日的约27.04亿元增加约2.62亿元或9.7%。
然而，毛利约为7.06亿元，较去年减少约5.4%。归母净利润为3.72亿元。每股盈利为0.41元，较去年同期的0.37元有所上升。
财务回顾中，公司的物业管理服务收入显著增长，从2023年的约15.75亿元增至2024年的约20.59亿元，增幅约30.7%。这主要归因于在管建筑面积的增加，从约8420万平方米增至约1.01亿平方米。相反，非业主增值服务和社区增值服务的收入分别下降35.7%和6.7%，主要受到地产行业周期性影响及业主消费力下降的影响。销售成本也随收入增长而上升，由去年约19.58亿元增至约22.6亿元，增幅约15.4%。
