PANews 3月24日消息，据 Theblock 报道，伯恩斯坦（Bernstein）分析师表示，随着交易所和经纪商/交易商模式开始融合，加密行业正走向更加一体化的“一站式”多资产投资平台。Coinbase 正在就收购 Deribit 进行深入谈判，Kraken 即将收购 NinjaTrader，而 Robinhood 正在整合 Bitstamp。
以 Gautam Chhugani 为首的分析师在给客户的报告中写道：“随着监管环境的放松，加密交易所和经纪商/交易商正在进行强势并购行动”，因为传统经纪商寻求提供加密代币，而加密货币交易所则计划整合传统股票和衍生产品。
分析师认为，美国的加密衍生品市场具有巨大的增长潜力，因为永续期货等离岸市场比现货市场大三到四倍。他们表示，去年美国以外的比特币和以太坊期货交易额为 31 万亿美元，而美国芝加哥商品交易所每年的交易额约为 2.5 万亿美元。
与此同时，美国加密期权市场仍处于早期阶段，主要局限于芝加哥商品交易所的比特币期货期权。然而，随着美国 SEC 和 CFTC 对加密的支持力度加大，分析师预计美国境内现货和衍生加密产品市场将扩大。他们指出，这可能导致加密平台提供传统资产，反之亦然，从而使经纪商平台能够提供更广泛的资产。
