【比亚迪披露《市值管理制度》】金十数据3月24日讯，比亚迪公告，公司第八届董事会第十六次会议于2025年3月24日召开，并审议通过了《关于制定<市值管理制度>的议案》。根据比亚迪披露的《市值管理制度》，根据市值管理监测预警机制，面对股价短期连续或大幅下跌情形，公司可积极采取以下措施：及时分析股价波动原因，摸排、核实涉及的相关事项，必要时发布公告进行澄清或说明；加强与投资者的沟通，及时通过投资者说明会、路演等多种方式传递公司价值；在符合回购法定条件及不影响公司日常经营的情况下，制定、披露并实施股份回购计划；积极推动控股股东、实际控制人在符合条件的情况下制定、披露并实施股份增持计划，或者通过自愿延长股份锁定期、自愿终止减持计划以及承诺不减持股份等方式，提振市场信心；其他有利于维护公司股价稳定的情形。股价短期连续或者大幅下跌情形是指：连续20个交易日内公司股票收盘价格跌幅累计达到20%；公司股票收盘价格低于最近一年股票最高收盘价格的50%；证券交易所规定的其他情形。
