无独有偶，1月7日，恩智浦宣布将以6.25亿美元现金收购奥地利软件汽车开发商TTTech Auto。TTTech Auto是一家专注于软件定义车辆（SDV）独特安全关键系统和中间件创新的领导者，其解决方案优化了性能、安全性、集成和软件更新。TTTech Auto提供的解决方案对于实现高级别的自动驾驶至关重要。恩智浦通过这次收购，能够为汽车制造商提供更完整的系统解决方案，加速自动驾驶技术的商业化。
自动驾驶技术涉及多个领域，包括传感器、算法、芯片、高精度地图等。通过并购，企业可以快速获取这些关键技术，弥补自身技术短板。例如，英特尔以153亿美元收购Mobileye，就是为了获取其在自动驾驶视觉系统和算法方面的领先技术。
