PANews 3月22日消息，据 Decrypt 报道，美国 SEC 加密货币特别工作组负责人 Hester Peirce 表示，像 Stoner Cats 这样的加密货币项目（使用 NFT 作为筹款机制来资助其工作）应该免受证券监管，并且可能很快就会从监管机构那里得到这一明确规定。
在 SEC 首次加密货币圆桌会议上，Peirce（在 Gary Gensler 辞职后，她与 SEC 代理主席 Mark Uyeda 一起领导 SEC 的工作）表示，NFT 可能是该机构通过类似豁免声明处理的下一个资产类别。她指出，如果 SEC 能为 NFT 发行人提供一套参考框架，将对行业发展“非常有帮助”。但并非所有含 NFT 的项目都自动免于监管，结构上具备证券属性的 NFT 仍受到监管约束。
此前消息，美SEC即将召开加密资产监管圆桌会议，聚焦“证券属性”定义问题。
