智通财经APP讯，阳光保险(06963)公布，公司的附属公司阳光人寿保险股份有限公司(阳光人寿)拟发行总额不超过人民币50亿元的无固定期限资本债券，并已于近期收到相关监管机构批复，获准于全国银行间债券市场公开发行该债券，发行规模不超过人民币50亿元。该债券的发行利率将按照市场化的簿记建档程序确定，每5年调整一次，在第5年及之后的每个付息日附阳光人寿有条件赎回权。
阳光人寿本次发行资本补充债券有利于提高其偿付能力，支持其业务持续健康发展。
