【中国银行原副行长王永利：比特币是资产，稳定币的出现存在合理性】金色财经报道，中国银行原副行长王永利撰文《不应将比特币、稳定币及央行数字货币相提并论》，其中指出： 1、比特币只能是资产而非真正的货币，但并不代表其就没有价值，然而由于比特币价格存在剧烈波动性和长期不确定性，以比特币作为货币储备物是非常危险的； 2、稳定币只能是挂钩货币的代币，稳定币的出现是存在合理性的，目前相关的监管法规与实际监管并不健全和严密，稳定币的交易快速延伸至各类衍生品上风险很大； 3、央行数字货币应该是主权货币的数字化，应该叫做“主权数字货币”，一个可以选择的路径，可能就是借用稳定币的技术体系改造主权货币，使主权数字货币能够尽快推出并替代稳定币（不再需要专门的代币）。
