智通财经APP获悉，京信通信(02432)午后跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.32%，报1.77港元，成交额3529.91万港元。
消息面上，京信通信公布，因需要评估IMF对老挝分类影响，将延迟刊发2024年全年业绩及延期举行董事会会议，董事会将于至3月27日举行。董事会估计上述事件不会对公司拥有人应占亏损造成重大影响，并维持其于盈利警告中的预期，即2024年度股东应占亏损不超过6亿港元。
此外，京信通信宣布完成认购事项，净筹3.72亿港元，并将由公司用作集团一般营运资金。京信通信此前公布，公司将以每股1.09港元的价格，向两名投资者易磊(实益持有人为Ocean Link Investment Limited)及英特尔发行共约3.41亿股新股。
