Bank of Tianjin's (HKG:1578) attributable profit inched up 1.1% to 3.80 billion yuan in 2024 from 3.76 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the bank increased to 0.63 yuan from 0.62 yuan in the previous year.
Net interest income slipped 0.9% to 11.3 billion yuan from 11.4 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of 1.368 yuan per 10 shares or 0.1368 yuan per share, up 14% year over year, and payable June 12 to shareholders on record as of April 30.
