智通财经APP讯，GHW INTL(09933)发布公告，集团预计截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得纯利约为人民币1300万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度所取得纯利约为人民币270万元。
董事会认为，纯利增加乃主要由于集团自制化学产品(包括异辛酸、腰果酚及硫酸二乙酯以及碘及碘衍生物)的毛利增加，部分被下列各项所抵销：(i)汇兑亏损净额因本年度比索、卢布及格里夫尼亚等多种货币对人民币贬值而增加;(ii)销售及分销开支增加，乃由于物流成本(包括运输、港口费用及航运成本)因美国及巴西对中国进口货物征收额外关税;及欧洲红海危机的影响;及数款产品(如氯化胆硷及甲胺)销量增加而增加所致;(iii)行政开支因集团对潜在扩张计划开展可行性研究及进行现场访问的交通费用及顾问费增加而增加。
