智通财经APP讯，国华(00370)发布公告，于2025年3月24日，公司与南通市海门区海永镇人民政府签订一项合作框架协议。根据框架协议，双方将在江苏省南通市海门区海永镇建设“香港仔机器人康养示范园区项目”。
海永镇政府将积极落实国家和地方相关政策，为康养示范园区项目在该地区的落地实施提供政策支持和保障，并将协调相关部门为康养示范园区项目在项目用水、用电、用气及所需公共设施资源等方面提供便利条件。
公司将为康养示范园区项目提供全方位的运营管理服务，并负责项目所需的人工智能技术的研发，知名康养品牌的引入，国内领先的机器人品牌的引入等。
