　　瑞银发布研报称，中国建筑国际（03311）去年纯利同比升2%，低于预期的两位数升幅，全年派息0.62港元，派息率达33.1%，较2023年升2.3个百分点。该行指，中国建筑国际管理层提供今年利润增长达两位数的指引，又指今年经营现金流仍保持正面，并继续扩张。该行将公司今明两年盈利预测均下调9%，以反映去年盈利表现，但相信公司增长势头仍维持不变。
