RTC Group on Monday raised its full-year dividend after posting an increase in profit before tax for 2024.
The U.K. recruitment company said profit before tax came to 2.6 million pounds ($3.4 million), up from 2.5 million pounds in the year prior. The company said its U.K. and international business delivered an increase in gross profit amid a challenging year for recruitment companies.
Revenue for the year ended December 2024 fell slightly to 96.8 million pounds from 98.8 million pounds.
"Our solid order book across rail maintenance and renewals, and smart meter rollout and upgrades alongside other key infrastructure programs provides some clear visibility of revenue in 2025; I remain cautiously confident in our short, medium and long-term prospects, chief executive Andy Pendlebury said.
The company increased its final dividend to 5 pence, from 4.5 pence in 2023.
