Sinclair CFO Lucy Rutishauser Set to Retire After 26 Years at Company

Sinclair said Monday that its chief financial officer, Lucy Rutishauser, is set to retire after more than a quarter-century with the company.

The diversified media company said it will begin a search shortly for Rutishauser's replacement. She will stay in the role until a replacement is found and appointed, after which she will serve as a senior advisor to the company.

Rutishauser has been CFO since 2017. She began with Sinclair in 1998, serving in multiple leadership positions including treasurer, head of investor relations, senior vice president of corporate finance, de facto chief risk officer.
