智通财经APP讯，弘浩国际控股(08375)发布公告，预期集团于2024财政年度将取得综合净亏损约450万港元至600万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的综合净亏损则约为1220万港元。
预期综合净亏损减少乃主要由于其他收入及其他收益及亏损增加，于2024财政年度分别约为240万港元及360万港元(2023财政年度：分别约为50万港元及亏损200万港元)。其他收益增加主要指2024财政年度手续费收入增加约160万港元。其他收益及亏损由亏转盈主要指2024财政年度按公平值计量且其变动计入损益的股权投资的公平值收益分别约590万港元以及物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产的减值分别约320万港元及10万港元的影响。
