【鼎信通讯：对全资子公司增资2.3亿元】金十数据3月24日讯，鼎信通讯公告，公司拟以在建房产实物资产出资的形式向全资子公司青岛海纳数智传媒科技有限公司增资2.3亿元。增资完成后，海纳数智的注册资本将由人民币1000万元增加至人民币2.4亿元。本次增资已于2025年3月24日经公司第五届董事会第七次会议审议通过，无需提交股东大会审议。此次增资旨在优化资产架构，不会导致公司合并报表范围发生变化，也不会对公司财务及经营状况产生重大不利影响。
