Roper Technologies agreed to acquire CentralReach from InsightPartners for around $1.65 billion.
Roper on Monday said it expects CentralReach, a cloud-native software provider, to deliver sustainable 20% or higher organic revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization growth.
The Sarasota, Fla., company noted CentralReach is expected to contribute around $175 million of revenue and $75 million of Ebitda for the 12 months ending June 30, 2026, and will be reported in its application-software segment.
The transaction, which will be funded using Roper's revolving credit facility, is expected to close in April or May.
