新浪科技讯 3月23日下午消息，据钛媒体AGI此前报道，商汤集团联合创始人、执行董事及董事会秘书徐冰将自愿辞去董事会秘书、执行董事职位。

　　今日，商汤科技公开回应称，“我们注意到3月20日（上周五）关于本公司某执行董事将于本周内提出辞职的传闻。本公司澄清，截止目前本公司未收到任何执行董事的辞呈。”

　　公开资料显示，徐冰是商汤科技集团联合创始人、执行董事及董事会秘书，他于2015年12月15日获委任为董事，并于2021年8月23日调任为执行董事，其主要负责本集团的企业发展战略以及融资和战略投资的整体管理。
