智通财经APP讯，晨讯科技(02000)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入4.29亿港元，同比减少21.06%;公司拥有人应占亏损9478万港元，去年同期则取得溢利3.44亿港元;每股亏损4.42港仙。
本集团本年度转盈为亏的主要原因与2024年中期报告所披露的情况一致：首先是国内外经济形势持续恶劣，加上上半年已产生严重亏损，以致本集团主营业务全年取得亏损的局面难以扭转。然而，导致本年度亏损主要原因仍归咎于本集团投资物业公平值大幅下调和汇兑损失所造成的经营亏损。本年度注销了数家在中国的附属公司，而本年度人民币兑美元的汇率较当年成立附属公司汇入美元时大幅度贬值，由此产生数千万的汇兑损失。此外，本集团2023年有大额盈利主要来自于中国上海市青浦区当地政府收回本集团一幅土地产生的一次性收益。本年度不再有此类非经常性收益，亦导致本集团转盈为亏。
