智通财经APP讯，复宏汉霖(02696)发布公告，由于Wenjie Zhang工作安排调整，Zhang先生由执行董事改任为非执行董事，自2025年3月24日起生效。于改任后，Zhang先生将担任公司非执行董事，并将继续担任公司董事会主席、战略委员会主席、提名委员会主席及环境、社会及管治委员会成员。
由于工作安排调整，Zhang先生将不再担任根据上市规则第3.05条的公司授权代表，自2025年3月24日起生效。执行董事朱俊博士已获委任为授权代表，自2025年3月24日起生效。
自2025年3月24日起，朱俊博士及卓佳专业商务有限公司之庄运启女士将担任授权代表。
