智通财经APP讯，中国星集团(00326)发布公告，本集团预期取得截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合亏损约3.15亿港元至3.85亿港元，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度的亏损为2.895亿港元。
公告称，亏损大幅增加主要由于：确认因透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的公平价值变动所产生的亏损由截至2023年12月31日止年度的2772.1万港元大幅增加至截至2024年12月31日止年度约为7900万港元;行政费用较截至2023年12月31日止年度的9540.8万港元大幅增加60%，原因是年内本集团增加员工人数及经营场所，及;物业销售及多媒体及娱乐经营业务产生的市场推广和销售开支较截至2023年12月31日止年度的7910.8万港元大幅增加30%所致。该亏损部分被物业开发及投资经营业务及多媒体及娱乐经营业务所产生的毛利增加所抵销。
