智通财经APP讯，天津银行(01578)发布公告，经中国人民银行批准，该行于全国银行间债券市场发行了“天津银行股份有限公司2025年绿色金融债券”(“本期债券”)。本期债券于2025年3月20日簿记建档，于2025年3月24日发行完毕，并于2025年3月24日正式起息。
本期债券发行总规模为人民币50亿元，品种为绿色金融债券，票面利率为1.98%。
本期债券发行的募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，全部用于《绿色债券支持项目目录(2021年版)》规定的绿色项目。募集资金闲置期间，可以将募集资金投资于非金融企业发行的绿色债券以及具有良好信用等级和市场流动性的货币市场工具。
