格隆汇3月24日丨金茂服务(00816.HK)公布年度业绩 ，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团总收入约为人民币29.66亿元，同比增长9.7%；年内利润约为人民币3.84亿元，同比增长12.0%；母公司拥有人应占年内利润为3.72亿元，同比增长10.42%。基本每股盈利为人民币0.41元，拟派末期息每股9.6港仙。
2024年度，物业管理服务收入为人民币20.59亿元，同比增长30.7%，增加主要原因是集团的业务扩张导致在管建筑面积增加，截至2024年12月31日，集团的合约建筑面积约为134.3百万平方米，在管建筑面积约为100.9百万平方米，较截至2023年12月31日分别增加约26.2%及19.8%。
