【台积电2nm全球率先量产 4月1日起接受订单 苹果A20处理器首发】金十数据3月24日讯，台积电将于3月31日在高雄厂举办2nm扩产典礼，并于4月1日起接受2nm晶圆订单预订。2nm标志台积电在先进制程量产的重大突破，并领先全球率先量产。台积电董事长魏哲家透露，客户对于2nm技术的需求甚至超过了3nm同期。根据台积电规划，2nm晶圆将于今年下半年在新竹宝山厂和高雄厂同步量产，相关供应链透露，台积电在新竹宝山厂的2nm试产良率达6成，如期持续推进。预计今年年底月产能将达到5万片，潜在客户包括苹果、AMD、Intel、博通等。其中，2026年下半年上市的苹果iPhone 18系列搭载的A20处理器或全球首发2nm工艺。
