Prospera Global (SGX:5HH) received an unsecured term loan of SG$850,000 from its director and group chief executive officer, Guo Jiahui, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The loan, bearing an interest rate of 2% per year, will be used for funding the group's working capital and operating expenses.
