花旗发表研究报告相信，内地政府已经对价格上涨的部分关键领域，采取更积极支持的态度，又认为水泥公司已就透过积极管理供应来满足需求，达成共识。该行指，华润建材科技管理层目标将今年单位成本降低3元至5元，料有助提高利润率及提高价格。该行将公司今年及明年纯利预测各上调13%，同时将其目标价由2港元上调至2.4港元，维持“买入”评级。
