路透香港3月24日 - 香港一家法院周一获悉，负债累累的房地产开发商融创中国（China Sunac） 1918.HK 告知其境外债权人将进行第二轮债务重组。这将成为行业首例。
中国信达（香港）资产管理有限公司今年初提出针对融创中国的清盘呈请，涉及本金总额3,000万美元及应计利息。nL4T3O611J
该清盘呈请令许多市场人士感到惊讶，因为融创在2023年完成了90亿美元的境外债务重组，这是自2021年债务危机爆发以来，中国房地产行业首个完成里程碑式债务重组的陷入困境的开发商。
第二次债务重组和新的清盘呈请凸显了开发商和房地产行业面临的持久战。
信达的一位律师--天博大律师事务所的Thomas Wong周一要求立即对融创进行清算，因为他表示，融创没有提供任何文件证明正在进行其所说的重组。
法官Gary Lam表示，考虑到其他债权人反对清算，聆讯延期至4月28日，以便融创展示其重组进展。
这是融创首次确认将进行第二轮境外债务重组。
“鉴于呈请的影响……考虑到当前的市场状况远低于制定前次境外债务重组计划时的预期，公司不排除根据实际情况寻求更全面的整体境外债务解决方案，”该公司在1月份的一份文件中表示。(完)
